Thermo transfer printers
V200 Series Printers
Thermal transfer printing is one of the ways to apply text or graphic information to a product label. The transfer of paint is carried out by spot heating of a thermal transfer tape (ribbon) on a thermal printer to a temperature of 120-190 ° C at the point of contact with the label. Ribbon, which is an intermediate information carrier, remains dry at room temperature.
Thermal transfer printing labels have the following advantages:
High-definition text and graphic images;
Resistance to temperature and other influences;
The possibility of marking on paper, film, synthetic materials.
The thermal printer allows you to solve a wide range of product labeling tasks. With this method of applying text or images, you can choose a ribbon type so that the label printed with it is resistant to abrasion, water and chemicals (for example, detergents).
Thermal transfer printers can be easily installed on any production line. Due to the mobility and ergonomics of the design, the printer can be mounted in a horizontal or vertical packaging system.
The thermal printer is equipped with a reliable fastening system with a built-in inkoder, which allows you to synchronize the process of drawing packaging material with labeling. Printer guide rollers are available as an additional option.
