MS Palletizer
The automatic pallet packer of the series is designed for grouping and stacking products on a pallet.
Complete set:
Inclined conveyor belt — The conveyor is designed to align packages.
Execution unit — designed to orient the products on the pallet.
Package flipper — turns the package by +90, +180 and -90 degrees.
Pusher system — pushes packages from the conveyor belt onto the folding table.
Package grouping module.
Pallet Feeding Module — The pallet is lifted by an inverter-controlled hydraulic cylinder to ensure perfect movement.
The palletizer is equipped with roller conveyors to control the full output of pallets from the pallet preparation unit. The capacity of the empty pallet store is up to 15 pcs.
The protective fence is made in the form of modular panels — the doors are equipped with safety switches connected to an emergency stop in case of opening.
The case has a special anti-corrosion treatment and is painted with electrostatic powder.
