Paper bag packing equipment

The packaging line for packing tea, sugar, flour into ready-made paper bags with a folding flat bottom works as follows:

1. Picking up packages from the store:

• The line automatically picks up empty paper bags from the store.

  • Packages are opened and prepared for filling.

2. Filling and sealing of bags:

• Prepared bags are automatically filled with tea, sugar or flour.

  • After filling, the bags are sealed to ensure their tightness.

3. Direction of filled bags:

• Filled bags are sent along a conveyor to an automatic sealing machine.

4. Sealing of packages:

• On an automatic machine, the upper edge of the packages is cut off, folded, hot glue is applied to it, then the comb is glued.

  • This ensures that the package is securely sealed.

5. Applying dates:

• Sealed packages are marked with production dates or expiration dates.

6. Group packaging:

• Sealed packages are sent to the group packaging line, where blocks of several packages are formed.

7. Wrapping the blocks with foil:

• The formed blocks are wrapped with shrink wrap for additional protection.

8. Passing through the thermotunnel:

• Wrapped blocks pass through the thermotunnel, where the film settles, ensuring reliable fixation of packages in the block.

Thus, the line provides a full cycle of packaging products in ready-made paper bags, including filling, sealing, applying information and forming ready-made blocks for transportation and storage.
