The device for automatic closing and sealing of corrugated boxes is designed for processing the upper longitudinal valves after the products have been stacked in boxes.

The system works independently and can be integrated with the equipment for forming boxes.

The dimensions of the boxes are manually adjusted to the required parameters.

Trapezoidal screw roller bearings are used to adjust the dimensions, which move along an inductive shaft, which allows for quick resizing and ease of movement.

The upper front and side flaps are closed using guides that are suitable for boxes of any size.

The system has a belt feeding mechanism that allows the use of tape up to 50 mm wide and 420 mm in diameter as standard.

The tape is fed from a roll that opens during the passage of the box, ensuring that the upper valves are securely closed with tape.
